Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept:

  • Returns only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

  • Exchanges only for size-related issues.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Approved requests will be processed within 2 business days of verification.

Product Condition

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags intact

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at admin@krastore.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear images/videos of the issue (if applicable)

  3. Once approved, our team will provide further instructions.

Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.

Complimentary First Exchange

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, including the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Please note:

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • Any additional exchange requests will not be accepted.

  • Exchange is subject to product and size availability.

For safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products. Kra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Policy

Kra does not provide monetary refunds.

For approved return cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, customers will receive store credit equivalent to the product value.

Store Credit Details

  • Issued within 5–6 business days after successful quality inspection.

  • Shared via Email or WhatsApp.

  • Provided in the form of a one-time-use coupon code.

  • Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are strictly limited to size-related issues only.

Please note:

  • Product exchanges for different designs, colors, or styles are not permitted.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, no refund, cash reimbursement, or alternative compensation will be provided.

  • Exchange can be availed only once per order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Final Sale Items

Products marked as:

  • Final Sale

  • Clearance Sale

  • Discounted Items

  • Promotional Offers

are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Kra reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational reasons. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
