Kra offers a variety of clothing and accessories, including but not limited to t-shirts, shirts, dresses, jackets, pants, and related products. Product availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time.

Ordering

To place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including shipping and payment details.

• Ensure that the selected products are available before completing the purchase.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Kra reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, a confirmation message may be sent within 24 hours of order placement. If no response or confirmation is received from the customer within 24 hours of the confirmation request, Kra reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion.

Kra also reserves the right to collect a partial advance payment for COD orders. Any advance amount paid will be adjusted against the final order value.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Kra reserves the right to cancel the order.

Shipping

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Kra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
