Order Processing

At Kra, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid and COD orders across India

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Any applicable charges for special shipping services or remote-area deliveries will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking portal using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently deliver only within India.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Deliveries to remote or inaccessible locations may require additional transit time.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Kra shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at admin@krastore.com. Address modifications may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.

Once a shipment has been marked as "Delivered" by the courier service, Kra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner delays

  • Other factors beyond our control

Kra shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
